The Lake Elmo Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2010.

Also note that LERAC will be hosting the New Century Artist for the 4th of July Celebration in Lake Elmo . The day starts off with a parade at 12:00 followed by an Ice Cream Social, and of course the Gallery will be open for the wonderful art exhibit. I’ve already seen some of the art work to be displayed and you won’t be disappointed- so stop by the Gallery and take part in some community fun.

Don’t miss the opportunity to join in the fun at the drop in sessions!
The New Century Artists will be meeting Mondays from 6-9pm. The drop in fee for this session is a nominal $5.00. Or stop in on for free on Thursday and try your hand at some painting of your own. Either way, there is plenty of talent, conversation, and constructive critiquing going on. This is a wonderful opportunity to begin a new project, finish an old one, or just watch some very talented artists work on their own projects.
You can also stop by the Gallery on Thursdays from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and again join Mike Kramer and a few others as they continue to work on their projects, or better still, bring your own projects to finish as well.
When you are out and about, be sure to check out Dunn Bros. Coffee Shop on Fairview Ave to see their latest exhibit which runs from October 29 through the end of December.
